Need For Speed Most Wanted on Intel 945G high settings

My pc specs's:
intel core 2 DUO 2.40ghz
2gb ram
intel 945G
Windows 7

Need For Speed Most Wanted runs pretty well at 800 x 600 

with fraps: 15 - 25 fps
without fraps: 25 - 30 fps
